16. What is the price of the return of an order?
If destination of the package is Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the first return shipping is free. A second drawback or second change of the same order will have an additional cost of 3.95 €. Both cases must be with our courier, Chrono Express. In refunds outside the Peninsular or Balearic Islands, the customer shall pay the refund amount, being able to send it with the carrier of your choice considering that the package must reach Eduard Castillo Barcelona within 30 natural days from the date on which it was delivered.
